My name is Amy !  I am an LCSW-QS providing online therapy in California, Florida, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.

The focus of my practice is providing inclusive non-judgmental therapy to those who need tools to elevate their lives.  We are LGBTQIA+ Allies, promote Bodies of Every Size, and welcome Diversity. 

My experience is in Stress Reduction, Life transitions, Binge Eating Disorders, Self-Compassion, Body Image, and currently earning  a Certification as an Intuitive Eating Counselor. utilizing Mindfulness, Dialectical behavioral Therapy  (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Solution and Strengths focused approach.

Currently I provide Consulting/Coaching in every state, Clinical Supervision, and facilitation Processing Groups.
