Our Process
We provide a free 15 minute consultation with client and/or attorneys to determine if we are a good fit for your case.
Step 1
We will email consents and other documentation to complete prior to 1st interview.
Step 2
You will pay initial an deposit in order to schedule your first 75-90 minute interview. You will engage in two 75 -90 minute interviews over a two week period.
Step 3
A consultation between your legal team and us will occur to obtain necessary information.
Step 4
A draft of the evaluation will be sent to your legal team within 5 days.
Step 5
A finalized copy of your evaluation will sent to you and your legal team within 7 days of draft being approved.
Important Notes:
Written consent to communicate with legal team on your case is required.
Your legal team will consult with you on the type of evaluation needed in your case.
Additional interviews of you and your family will incur a fee for extra services.
Also, rescheduling/canceling appointments may delay the turnaround time for the evaluation. Typically, evaluations are completed in 2 weeks.
