shoulders drop a quarter of an inch. The jaw unclenches. The breath lengthens on its own. Nobody forces that

This workshop is designed to create those signals. We’ll begin with simple breath foundations, move into a
gentle rhythmic breathwork journey, and then rest inside the vibration of crystal singing bowls. Along the way
you’ll have short pauses to notice and write, so that what you felt doesn’t disappear the moment you stand up.
