Somatic Reset Retreat
$25.00
Stress is not meant to live in the body forever. Our nervous systems are designed to rise to meet a challenge
and then settle once it’s over. That settling might come through movement, shaking, breath, voice, tears,
laughter, connection or rest. Modern life rarely gives us the chance to finish that cycle. The deadline ends and
the next one begins. The hard conversation ends but replays at 2 a.m. So the stress stays, held in the shoulders,
the jaw, the gut, the breath.
Today is a full day set aside to finish some of those cycles, gently. We won’t force anything open. We’ll work
slowly, in small doses, always returning to what feels steady. You’ll move, rest, eat well, breathe, listen to sound
and write.
This workbook will walk alongside you through each module. Take your time with the After the Retreat pages. The
days following a retreat are when the changes settle in.
